We are seeking an experienced designer with an impeccable eye for detail, a strong sense of composition, and a passion for working with both blooms and botanicals. The ideal candidate values excellence, creativity, and a thoughtful approach to design.

Responsibilities Include:

• Designing and installing high-end floral arrangements and custom outdoor planters.

• Sourcing premium flowers, greenery, and seasonal plants.

• Assisting with event styling and on-site installations.

• Upholding The Rooted Nest’s elevated aesthetic and commitment to unmatched quality and customer service. 

The Ideal Candidate: 

• Professionally experienced in floral and/or landscape design.

• Impeccable customer service. 

• Professional, dependable, and meticulous in both design elements and execution.

• Passionate about nature, texture, and high end florals. 

• Able to lift heavy items and equipment (50+ lbs)
