Lauren Bryant is the founder and creative director of The Rooted Nest, a luxury floral and creative design studio serving Charlotte, NC and the Southeast region. With an eye for understated elegance and a deep appreciation for nature, she creates immersive floral experiences that feel effortless, refined and deeply personal.

For more than 6 years, Lauren and her team have partnered with homeowners, event planners and corporate clients to transform spaces through thoughtfully curated floral designs, seasonal installations, weddings, and events. Her work is known for its organic movement, layered textures, and timeless aesthetic- drawing beauty from the natural world rather than from trends.

Every design begins with a relationship. Lauren believes the most memorable spaces are those that reflect the people that gather in them.
